Hi, I’m Kristen! I live in Cullman, Alabama with my husband, Connor, two sweet girls, Anna James and Emerson, and baby boy Shepard. I’ve been artistic my whole life - even coloring on the walls with my mom’s lipsticks as a toddler (sorry, Mom!). People have always been my favorite subject - I love to bring human life-likeness to a blank piece of paper. Throughout high school and college I was commissioned to draw portraits in graphite and charcoal.

After college at Samford University I started teaching special education and channeled all my creative energy into my classroom. Fast forward 7 years to 2018 and I began watercolor painting with my daughter. I rediscovered my love for portraits (fun fact- my first watercolor portrait was Belle at my toddler’s request!). As I painted more portraits I began getting requests from friends and my passion for painting with watercolor grew. It is my dream job to paint sweet little faces for friends to hang on their wall as a cherished piece of art!
